I’ve never been the type who gets all their Christ­mas shop­ping done in July, and it usu­ally takes me until mid Decem­ber to set up my tree.  I decided I would get a head start on all my Christ­mas bak­ing that I do for neigh­bors and cowork­ers.  This year’s fea­tured treat: Zuc­chini Coconut Bread.  It took 7 hours to make these 14 baby loaves.  Phew!!  What a day!  Hope­fully, I’ll be able to resist steal­ing a loaf out of the freezer every other day until Christ­mas.  “Sorry, I ate your present.here’s a card though.”
