
I’ve never been the type who gets all their Christmas shopping done in July, and it usually takes me until mid December to set up my tree. I decided I would get a head start on all my Christmas baking that I do for neighbors and coworkers. This year’s featured treat: Zucchini Coconut Bread. It took 7 hours to make these 14 baby loaves. Phew!! What a day! Hopefully, I’ll be able to resist stealing a loaf out of the freezer every other day until Christmas. “Sorry, I ate your present.here’s a card though.”
